Class A CDL Saved - Charge Amended

Creston, Union County, Iowa. DOT Officer informing client that there were greater penalties for refusing than taking and failing a breath test result in test result being excluded and charge amended down to a Public Intoxication. Client possessed a Class A Commercial Drivers Licenses so in all reality, the penalties for failing and refusing were the same.
