Dallas County OWI Dismissed

Dallas County Iowa.  Client's OWI charge was dismissed and his driver's license was saved after the Court determined that the officer violated the Client's rights under the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution because he didn't have a lawful basis to stop his vehicle.  After reviewing the video from the officer's patrol car, it failed to support the officer's decision to stop the vehicle.
