OWI 3rd Amended to OWI 1st offense after successful pretrial work

Polk County, Iowa.  Grant Gangestad successful in getting an OWI 3rd offense, a class "D" Felony, amended to an OWI 1st offense, a misdemeanor, after filing and successfully arguing to the prosecutor the merits of a motion to suppress evidence of a blood test taken at a hospital following an accident.
