OWI dismissed for lack of compliance with Speedy Indictment Rule

Polk County, Iowa. Client's OWI charge was dismissed after client's attorney determined that no indictment had been filed within the proper time limit, thereby barring prosecution of the client.  Jail time, fines, and other consequences avoided.
