Possess of marijuana dismissed

Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa. Possession of marijuana dismissed after depositions of the arresting officers revealed that the officers unconstitutionally stopped and seized the driver of a motor vehicle sitting in a parking lot. Charges dismissed, driver's license spared.
