Possession of controlled substance dismissed

Mason City, Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. Drug charge dismissed after traffic stop of client's vehicle was expanded into unconstitutional drug investigation.  Court ruled that no consent was given to search the vehicle and no reasonable suspicion of criminal activity was present to justify the search.
