Prosecutor Agrees to Dismiss Marijuana Charge

Dallas County, Iowa.  After successful pretrial negotiation, prosecutor agrees that critical evidence in a possession of marijuana case was mishandled and not preserved, which would have caused an unfair trial for GRL Law's client. Client pled to paraphernalia ticket and received a fine. Possession of Marijuana charge dismissed.  Fines, potential jail time, probation, and license revocation avoided.
