Dallas County, Iowa.  After successfully arguing to the prosecutor that the defendant did not violate the unlawful passing of a school bus statute, the state amended the charge to a simple misdemeanor traffic violation.  The client's license was spared and no revocation went into effect.  The client also avoided having to have SR-22 insurance on their vehicle for a peroid of 2 years.
