Grinnell, Poweshiek County, Iowa.  Vehicular Homicide charge dismissed following the completion of exhaustive discovery that ultimately proved that GRL Law's client was not responsible for the accident that resulted in the death of his passenger.  It was a long and drawn-out process but the prosecutor took all of the evidence into consideration and concluded that the operating while intoxicated offense that GRL Law's client was also charged with, did not have a causal connection to the accident.  The accident was caused by a semi-truck driver was attempting to merge into traffic after illegally stopping on the shoulder of the Interstate.  GRL Law's client was sentenced to the minimums for the operating while intoxicated offense that he plead guilty to.
