Another Jury Says “NOT Guilty”

Grinnell, Poweshiek County, Iowa.  Another jury speaks our two favorite words: "NOT Guilty."  Client is an over-the-road truck driver who was accused of operating while intoxicated following being stopped by the Iowa State Patrol, operating his personal pick-up truck with a single headlight burned out.  The Poweshiek County jury found him not guilty of the charge.
