Wright County, Iowa. OWI 1st offense breath test suppressed after client's rights to contact counsel and family members by phone was violated by officer. State was precluded from offering any evidence of the breath test at trial. Subsequently, client pled guilty to a simple misdemeanor ticket and paid a fine.
