Carroll County OWI dismissed

OWI charge in Carroll County, Iowa has been dismissed.  The court had previously ruled that the defendant's breath test could not be used against her because the officer failed to advise her who she could see after asking if her boyfriend could come in and see her.  Client's driving privileges were also spared.
