A Warren County Judge has granted our Client's Motion to Modify the Sex Offender Registry Requirement. The client had been on the registry for 14 years; due to legislative amendments, the client was required to be a registered sex offender for life. The Court granted the Motion and removed the requirement that he register as a sex offender.
