Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa. Criminal Conduct and Fraudulent Practice charges dismissed against film maker. The charges are out of allegations that Iowa tax credits were improperly obtained through the Department of Economic Development, Film Office. All thirteen charges were dismissed with prejudice.
