Dallas County Domestic Abuse Dismissed

Client was charged in Dallas County with Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Injury for allegedly unplugging his elderly mother's nebulizer after she had gone to sleep.  After reviewing the facts of the case with the prosecution, the State agreed to dismiss the charges.
