Davis County OWI 2nd Amended to Reckless Driving and Public Intoxication

Davis County – State agreed to suppression of Client's breath test results because the officer failed to properly advise him of his right to an independent test.  The OWI 2nd Offense charge was amended to reckless driving and public intoxication.  Client's driving privileges were spared.
