Webster City, Hamilton County, Iowa. First Offense Operating While Intoxicated dismissed outright when it was discovered that the Implied Consent advisory was not read to GRL Law's client prior to his submission to a breath test. The advisory was required by law. The officer testified that he read the advisory to GRL Law's client at the station but the video proved that to be false. License spared and OWI charge dismissed outright.
