Client was on probation with the Iowa DOT for a serious violation of excessive speed. While on probation she pled guilty to a speeding ticket. The DOT issued her notification of a suspension of her driving privileges. On appeal to the Administrative Law Judge, we were successful in arguing that based upon the facts and circumstances that a suspension was not warranted. Client's license was spared and had her term of probation extended.
