Des Moines, Iowa. An OWI 3rd offense was amended to public intoxication and reckless driving following suppression of the breath test result for a violation of the client's rights to place telephone calls. The Gourley, Rehkemper & Lindholm client never lost his driver's license because the hearing with the Department of Transportation was also won.
