Emmet County, Iowa-
After filing a motion to suppress evidence, the Court found that Mr. Gangestad’s client’s rights were violated when the officer did not have probable cause to pull his vehicle over. All evidence from the stop was rendered inadmissible. All charges against the client were dismissed and his license was spared.
