Felony Reduced to Simple Misdemeanor

Centerville, Appanoose County, Iowa.  Felony, Willful injury charges dropped down to Simple Misdemeanor, Disorderly Conduct, with a minium fine of $65 and no jail time.  The prosecution agreed to amend the charge down from a felony after the defense took the sworn deposition of the alleged victim.
