I was first advised to not fight this pending problem. But, as a retired Military Officer (Regular Army) I refused to do so and to fight for what I thought was "right". I contacted many people in the know/friends and it was recommended to me that I contact Matt. I talked my side and he listened. He took my information, reviewed dash-cam and station tapes and questioned the Officer.
