Jasper County, Iowa. GRL client who had been on the sex offender registry for over sixteen years petitioned the Court for removal from the registry. Attorney Scott Michels successfully argued to the judge that the client met all the criteria to be removed from the registry and that he should be removed from the registry because of how he conducted himself since the conviction.
