Jury Finds Client NOT GUILTY Despite Breath Test of .182

Montezuma, Poweshiek County, Iowa.  GRL Law client's driving privileges spared and all criminal charges avoided after a jury returned a NOT GUILTY verdict after less than 20 minutes of deliberation. Client's DataMaster breath test of .182 was declared inadmissible at trial in a pretrial hearing because the arresting officer provided inaccurate information to the client prior to submitting to the breath test. The case proceeded to trial without the breath test evidence and the prosecution was unable to prove that our client was legally "Under the Influence" of alcohol at the time of operation. The exclusion of the breath test also allowed GRL to reinstate client's driving privileges.
