Adair County, Iowa. Juvenile charged with OWI and marijuana possession after stop of client's vehicle. GRL Law attorney Grant Gangestad filed a motion to suppress evidence alleging that the client's refusal to submit to a urine test could not be used against her at trial. The evidence of the refusal was suppressed and the OWI and possession of marijuana were amended to a simple misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Client was granted a consent decree and the record was sealed.
