Man illegally held in treatment facility released

Client had been previously committed to a treatment facility.  The treatment provider's continued committment for an additional six months was authorized by the Court despite proper documentation and procedure being followed.  The Court ordered his immediate release upon notification that the law did not authorize his continued committment.
