Medical Student’s Career No Longer In Limbo

Corydon, Wayne County, Iowa.  Medical student's career no longer in limbo.  Operating while intoxicated charges will be dismissed and driving privileges will be reinstated after judge rules that prosecution did not prove officers had a legal basis to stop and "seize" GRL Law's client.  Judge also ruled that the investigating officer violated Iowa law when he invoked implied consent and requested a breath and urine sample.  GRL Law's client is a medical student who faced serious career implications if the charges were not resolved in his favor.
