Mom’s Got Your Back

Keokuk County Iowa-  After reviewing the videos from the investigation, a motion to suppress was filed challenging the admissiblility of the client's breath test results because he had requested to see his mom in person before submitting to the breath test and this request was denied.  This led to the suppression of the breath test results and the county attorney agreed to amend the charge to reckless driving.  As a result, the client's driver's license was saved as well.
