Not Guilty and License Spared

Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa. A jury returns a verdict of NOT GUILTY for client accused of operating while intoxicated. Because of legal arguments made pre-trial, the court concluded that the defendant had the constitutional right to refuse to submit to a breath test. The case proceeded to jury trial and the good people of Marshall County concluded that the GRL Law's client was NOT GUILTY of operating while intoxicated. Client exonerated and drivers license spared.
