Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa. A jury returns a verdict of NOT GUILTY for client accused of operating while intoxicated. Because of legal arguments made pre-trial, the court concluded that the defendant had the constitutional right to refuse to submit to a breath test. The case proceeded to jury trial and the good people of Marshall County concluded that the GRL Law's client was NOT GUILTY of operating while intoxicated.
