OWI 3rd down to Simple Misdemeanor – License Saved

Waukee, Dallas County, Iowa.  Waukee Police Department's illegal, warrantless entry into GRL Law client's house to investigate a minor accident, results in the Operating While Intoxicated Investigation being ruled inadmissible at trial.  That allowed GRL Law to save client's driving privileges and prosecution agreed to amend the Third Offense OWI charge, which is a felony, to a simple misdemeanor public intoxication.
