OWI Amended to Public Intoxication Charge

Dickinson County, Iowa-

A GRL Law Client was charged with OWI 1st offense. After successfully filing a motion to suppress evidence, the State agreed to amend the charge to public intoxication. The client’s driver’s license was spared, and they client served no jail time.
