OWI Amended to Reckless Driving and Public Intoxication

Polk County, Iowa.  Client charged with OWI after being stopped for running a red light and going the wrong way on a one way.  Just prior to trial, GRL attorney, Scott Michels, was able to convice the State to amend the charge to Reckless Driving and Public Intoxication to avoid an OWI.
