Client was charged with OWI and leaving the scene of an accident after officer's entered her home without a warrant following a nearby accident. All evidence of intoxication obtained following the entry into the client's home was determined to be inadmissible by the Court because the officer's entered the client's home without a warrant and without her consent. Thus, the State was forced to reduce the charge and the client's licese was saved.
