OWI Dismissed after Motion to Suppress Evidence filed on behalf of GRL Law client

Jasper County, Iowa. GRL Law client stopped his vehicle in a cemetery.  Law enforcement seized his vehicle without constitutional purpose.  Once arrested, the purpose for which he was allowed to make phone calls was improperly restricted.  In the end, the prosecutor agreed to suppress the breath test result and dismissed the OWI in this case. The client also avoided an OWI related license revocation and probation.
