OWI dismissed and driving privileges spared after violation of phone call rights

Floyd County – Client was charged with OWI and possession of marijuana.  The arresting officer failed to advise her she could call an attorney or family member after he refused to allow her to call her ex-boyfriend's mother.  The OWI was dismsissed and her driving privileges were restored.
