Boone County Iowa. The State was forced to dismiss and OWI charge following depositions when the arresting officers were not able to point to any specific evidence that lead them to believe the client was intoxicated. When asked if they observed any speech problems, balance problems, or any other indicia of intoxication the officers responded in the negative thereby forcing the State to dismiss the charges.
