Pocahontas Man Removed from Sex Offender Registry

A Pocahontas man's application for modification from the sex offender registry has been granted.  His original conviction resulted in a 10-year registry requirement.  In 2009, when the registry laws were changed, his registry term was modified to require him to register for life.  The modification granted by the court removes him from the registry and its requirements.
