Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa. A Polk County Deputy investigating a hit-and-run simply walked into GRL Law client's house to investigate the case. The Deputy did not have permission to enter and did not have a search warrant. This resulted in the operating while intoxicated portion of the investigation being thrown out of court. Driving privileges were spared and OWI charge was amended to a simple misdemeanor public intoxication.
