A GRL Law client’s Polk County OWI 1st offense was amended to reckless driving and public intoxication after Mr. Gangestad successfully argued to the prosecutor that the stop of the client’s vehicle violated the client’s rights. Client’s driver’s license was spared and no jail time was imposed.
