Clarion, Wright County, Iowa. OWI 1st Offense reduced to simple misdemeanors after prosecution agrees that arresting officer violated client's rights. Arresting officer refused to allow client to make phone calls to her attorney despite her repeated requets. This resulted in client's driving privileges being reinstated and OWI charge being avoided.
