Reduction of charges for Jefferson County Client

Jefferson County – Client was charged with OWI and Carrying Weapons While Intoxicated.  After reviewing the evidence, the prosecutor agreed to amend the OWI to reckless driving and public intoxication and to dismiss the carrying weapons charge.
