Self-Defense Claim Results in Dismissed Domestic Abuse Charge

Polk County, Iowa. State filed a domestic abuse charge against mother of adult daughter.  On the day of trial, it was proven by GRL Law attorney Grant Gangestad that adult daughter was the agressor and client acted in self-defense. As a result, the prosecution was forced to dismiss the charges and lift the no-contact order between the parties.
