Webster Count, Iowa. GRL Law attorney Scott Michels sucessfully argued that his client should be removed from the Iowa Sex Offender Registry because he met all of the requirments for modification under the Iowa Code and the recent Iowa Supreme Court decision of State v. Iowa District Court for Story County.
