GRL LAW Called in to Take Over for Trial – Case Quickly Resolved

Montezuma, Poweshiek County, Iowa. A young man’s family was not comfortable with their son’s current attorney’s willingness to take the operating while intoxicated charge to trial. The Iowa Supreme Court took an unfortunate significant step backwards as it relates to the rights of individuals arrested, but not yet formally charged with Operating While Intoxicated, in Iowa.
