Victim’s Consent Helps Client To Be Removed From Sex Offender Registry

Polk County, Iowa.  The State agreed to the removal of a GRL cleint from the sex offender registry after Attorney Scott Michels contacted the victim of the underlying case and she supported the client's removal.
