A truck driver, who was sleeping in the bed as a passenger, was ejected from the semi during a rollover accident. The injuries to the client's shoulder resulted in him being off work for nearly a year. After he was able to return to work his case was settled for $67,500 on top of the benefits paid while he was unable to return to work.
