This settlement brings the grand total of Iowa’s Athletic Department’s discrimination settlements over $10,000,000 during the reign of Iowa’s Athletic Director, Gary Barta. Why would Iowa pay $4.2 million dollars to settle a lawsuit that Top-Hawk, Kirk Ferentz claims is frivolous? It just might have had to deal with Ferentz’s own Problem Child.
