GRL Law took over client's case after prior attorney suggested client call GRL Law because he was out of ideas on how to defend the case. GRL Law took over and after almost eight months of relentlessly defending client, a judge ruled that the blood test result was inadmissible at trial and the prosecution finally dismissed the charges. GRL Law's investigation revealed that the arresting officer used a blood collection kit and vacutainers that had been expired by six years and that did not have the required amount of sodium fluoride preservative in them.
