OWI 2nd Offense Reduced

Des Moines, Iowa. An OWI 2nd Offense was amended to reckless driving and public intoxication following the suppression of the chemical test result due to the officer's failure to read the appropriate implied consent advisory concerning the client's commercial driving privileges. The Iowa Depart of Transportation reinstated both the client's CDL (commercial driver's license) and non-commercial driving privileges.
