Urine Test “Refusal” Suppressed

Dallas County- OWI 1st offense with accident. A judge found that GRL Law client did not “refuse” a urine test when he was physically unable of producing a urine sample, even though he made a genuine attempt to provide one. The client’s license revocation was overturned, he avoided jail time, and was granted a deferred judgment.
